She wanted a balance between having fun and being challenged. Being professional and genuine are characteristics to describe Hartley Flooring and its employees. It’s about being who you really are and not as polished. Ryann sees winning the moment when everyone achieves success. Hartley Flooring attains for long term financial freedom and being philanthropic in the community in which they live and work. The Hartley Flooring team thrives on winning and is competitive.
We want to be the best flooring contractor in the state. Hartley Flooring started in 2019 by founder Ryann Hartley. Ryann has experience in the construction industry and previously worked for several painting contractors in Northwest Arkansas. She saw a need for a flooring contractor, so she opened her doors to help owners and contractors with all their flooring needs.

Real Estate Professionals
Hartley Flooring believes in being environmentally friendly. When applicable and reusable, we will take old carpet and repurpose it. We have a binding machine that will sew the edges to make runners and rugs out of the old carpet. These old carpet runners and rugs can be used on construction sites to keep new flooring from paint spills and any other damage that may be caused during construction. We try to keep as much carpet out of the landfill as possible. Should you be interested in these remnants, contact us today.
